ONE TREE

The One Tree System deals extensively with the teaching and practice of living a natural law-based way of life, in its most historical and authentic form. One Tree is a complete system of thought, practice and action incorporating physical health aspects, self defense and warfare, meditation, philosophy and psychology, and living in harmony with nature in striving to achieve enlightenment while on this plane.
